There is a 6 hour time difference (e.g. 12pm EST = 6pm in Mallorca)

Our guest count is limited by our venue. If your children have been addressed on your save the date/invitation they are welcome to come. If they are not mentioned, we are so sorry but cannot have everyone’s children attend due to space restrictions. 

There are nannies, a kids club, and a teen club on site at the hotel for your use.

The wedding and reception is located at La Fortaleza and will be held outside. While the reception will have shade, the ceremony will now. Please plan accordingly with sun protection. 

Shuttles will be running starting at 4:15pm to bring guests to the wedding venue. Similarly, shuttles will be running to take guests back to the hotel throughout the night.

The wedding is cocktail attire, however you can be as dressed up as you’d like. Keep in mind the ceremony will be in the sun and there will be some areas that require walking over stone and grass. Dancing will be on a hard floor. 

We will have golf carts for any guests requiring assistance for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Please inform a member of our team by phone/email if you would like assistance.

We are covering all costs of food for the entirety of your stay. That being said, we have breakfast, lunch, and 2 dinner options offered at specific times each day which is inclusive. If you choose to have food ordered through room service, at bars on property, or at times outside of offered meals, this will be at your own expense. Menus and dining times will be provided upon arrival. 

We are providing an open bar with drinks covered at the Welcome Party, Pool Party, Wedding, and Farewell Brunch. At meals, one beer or wine is included. All drinks purchased outside of this will be at your own expense.

Each guest will be asked to provide a credit card upon arrival to cover any expenses incurred outside of inclusive meals and drinks.

Transportation is included to and from the airport. These details will be collected by our team. If there are any changes please let us know. While at the resort, you have the option of taking an uber/taxi at your own expense to neighboring towns and sites which can be arranged at the front desk/concierge. You also have an option of an included boat transfer to the neighboring town of Pollença. The boat transfers will be offered at specific days/times and a schedule will be given upon arrival.

The main pool is kid friendly, and there is an alternative adults only pool. There are options for children including a kids club and teen club. If you require babysitting services outside of these times/ages please reach out to our team for availability and pricing. 

Cribs are available upon request. We highly recommend bringing baby monitors to be able to keep an eye on your kiddos while also enjoying yourselves.
